ABOUT ME

Thank you for visiting the Head Heart Hustle Club!

My name is Thomas Moyer. I am a proud husband and father of two healthy boys, and two golden doodles. 

​

I am on a mission to share my passion for running and endurance training to coach, train, and inspire 1,000 Dads to get on a mission and take control of their health.

 

In 2022, after countless conversations with friends, family and clients, I finally took the plunge and founded Head Heart Hustle Club. ​

 

Frankly, I started this endeavor to help people similar to myself and inspire them to take control of their health so they can be the best version of themselves for the people they care about the most. ​
